Google currently has two music streaming services. One is Google Play Music since 2016, and the other has recently launched YouTube Music, which is part of YouTube Premium. I have tested several music streaming services and also wanted to try Play Music. But to do that, I had to transfer my playlists from Spotify to Google Play Music first. I found that transferring my playlists was easy and straightforward using the Google Play Music app on my phone. After transferring my playlists, I found that the quality of the music was better on Google Play Music than on Spotify. The only downside is that there are not as many songs available on Google Play Music as there are on Spotify. ..
Google has not made it easy to import or export Play Music playlists. Some sites claim to have found a solution by using a java applet that you can bookmark in the browser. None of them worked during our tests. I am sharing the only two apps that have worked for us.

Google is overprotective and you need to find the App Passwords option on the Security tab on My Account.
Stamp - Generate a 16 digit code
Copy the password. Go back to Stamp and sign in to Google Play Music with this app password instead of your normal Google account password. You can now select your playlists in Spotify that you want to transfer to the Google Play Music app. Choose All or Anything here and tap Start when you’re done. ..

Scroll down the left sidebar a bit to find the Transfer option. Click on it to start the playlist transfer process.

Google Play Music is not available on the free plan for some people.
