Now open your favorite music app and play a song. Swipe down once on the status bar to see a mini version of quick settings. Below right are the new media controls. In this thumbnail view, you can play, pause and skip tracks, and you can tap the media control UI to open your music app. In the upper right corner of the controls you will see a new button (probably labeled as “Phone Speakers”) that lets you choose a new device to stream music. Swipe down the status bar a second time to reveal the expanded view, which retains the same controls as the mini version but adds likes and dislikes buttons (if your music app has them) and a progress bar that you can use to scroll through the music.
