Microsoft Windows 11 will be available in Mexico starting October 5, 2021. The free update will begin shipping for eligible Windows 10 PCs that day.
We are phasing out upgrades for devices on the market. In the fall, we will provide a free upgrade for all qualifying devices.
If you have a new PC that just shipped with Windows 10 or a device that can be upgraded to Windows 11, you can get Windows 11 today by upgrading to it from your existing PC.
If you’re using a Microsoft Windows PC, make sure that your PC is officially compatible with the PC Health Check app. This app can help to ensure that your computer is up to date and healthy, and that you’re not experiencing any issues.
Come back up all your important documents, applications and data so that we can start looking into your case.
On the Windows 10 PC, open the Update and security window. Select the check box for “Windows 10” and then click on the “Update now” button. Wait for the update to start. When it’s done, click on the “Apply update” button.
If the free Windows 11 update is available, you will be able to download and install it. ..
