There are a variety of reasons why someone might want to transfer data between Google Workspace accounts. It could be dangerous to handle this tedious and confusing task easily and without losing any data along the way.

We know that transferring your Gmail accounts, contacts, calendars and files from Google Drive can be a bit of a hassle. That’s why we’ve compiled some helpful tips which can help make the process as simple as possible.

Google doesn’t offer a single tool that can quickly transfer all of your Google data. All things being equal, it offers some types of assistance and strategies that, when you join them, can reallocate a wide range of Google data.

What You Should Know Before Transferring Data

There is no automatic process that magically transfers all your data. You need to manually export and import data for all Google services. ..

The Google Takeout Archive has all your old email and contact information, but you would have to use the Thunderbird service to import all the data. I find this alternative method easier as you can simply import emails into your new Gmail account from the Gmail settings page itself.

To import emails into your new Gmail account, open Gmail in a web browser and log in with your new Google account. Click the Accounts button in the upper right corner> Settings and import> Import emails and contacts.

If you want to keep your old Gmail account and use it with your new Google account, you’ll need to log in and sync your contacts, emails, and other data. After the process is complete, you’ll receive email notifications on both accounts for the next 30 days. You can disable this feature if you prefer. ..
