To resize images manually in Windows 10, you will need to use the following steps:

  1. Open the Photos app and click on the three lines in the top left corner of the main screen. This will open a menu with three options: “New Image”, “Resize Image”, and “Create New Image”.
  2. Choose New Image and then click on the resizing button at the bottom of the window. This will open a new window that will allow you to resize your images by number or by width/height.
