Ditto is a great Windows 11 app that can help you keep track of your clipboard contents.
After that, open the Ditto app. If you get any security alerts, allow them. Keep in mind that whenever you open the app it will be moved to your system tray and stay there. Therefore, you will only have to access Ditto from the system tray. You can also press Ctrl + ~ (tilde) to open the application.
