Open Safari and tap the tab screen.

New Empty Tab Group: To start a Tab Group with nothing in it, select New Empty Tab Group.
Name your Guide Group and press Save. Your Guide Group will now be saved.
The new Group will appear. You can switch between your groups of tabs by tapping the group name at the bottom of the screen again.
