Open File Explorer on this PC instead of Quick Access
Open the File Explorer window by pressing the Windows key and clicking on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen. This will open a new window that looks like Figure 1. In this window, you can see all of your files and folders. You can also see how many files and folders are currently open.
