How to Make Widget Stack on iPhone’s Home Screen – Guide

After the release of iOS 15, one of my favorite features on my iPhone is the ability to place widgets on the home screen. If you haven’t installed it yet, you should prepare your iPhone and download iOS 15. After that, you can customize your home screen as you like, use the new pseudo-application drawer called the Application Library and experiment with widgets all over the home screen. One of my favorite features in iOS 15 is that you can place widgets on the home screen. You can either let your iPhone decide which app to show you and when, depending on how you use your iPhone or let it choose an app for you based on how many apps are in your App Store.

If you check the weather first thing in the morning and then your calendar, Smart Stack will likely pull both apps and automatically show the forecast and then your calendar when you unlock your iPhone in the morning. So if you regularly check your activity stats after dinner, Stack will show you the activity widget at that time of day. Here’s the best part: you don’t have to leave the widget stacking to Apple. You can create your own Smart Stack and organize the apps it contains to your liking. Below we will show how to customize a stack:
